We define culinary travel as discovering a destination's history and culture through its cuisine. It's a unique way to travel and engage with people. And you'll have a story to tell. Culinary travel is experiential. You can forage for berries, hunt for truffles, harvest oysters, make cheese and chocolate or cook a four-course meal with a chef. Itineraries can include visiting organic farms, orchards and vineyards and guided walking & tasting tours of vibrant neighborhoods and colorful markets. You'll have the opportunity to interact with cookbook authors, food writers and artisinal producers passionate about the Slow Food movement. Dine farm-to-fork, Michelin star or feast at urban kiosks and food trucks. Mix in iconic sightseeing and active or cultural pursuits - bike through Tuscany, museum-hop in Paris, or take in the London theater scene.
